By creating an account or using HisaabBox, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
HisaabBox is a business management platform for shops and wholesalers, providing inventory tracking, GST-ready billing, purchase and supplier management, and a customer credit ledger (khata/udhaar). HisaabBox is currently offered free of charge while in beta; pricing may be introduced in the future with advance notice to existing users.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Data you enter into HisaabBox — your products, customers, sales, and business records — belongs to you. We store and process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use HisaabBox for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to access another business's data, to interfere with the service's normal operation, or to misuse the public API beyond its intended read-only purpose.
HisaabBox generates GST-ready invoices with automatic CGST/SGST/IGST or flat-tax calculations based on the rates and settings you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the tax rates and business details you enter, for GST/tax filing, and for compliance with applicable tax law. HisaabBox does not file returns or submit data to government tax systems on your behalf.
HisaabBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, particularly while in beta. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HisaabBox and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business losses arising from data entry errors, tax miscalculation due to incorrect settings, or service interruptions.
You may stop using HisaabBox and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of HisaabBox after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
